Please read these Terms of Service before using AnchorKey VPN. They describe your responsibilities and the conditions under which the connection is offered. Use after an opportunity to review the terms signifies acceptance. If you do not accept them, refrain from using the service.
Permission and information
A VPN session uses Android VpnService and requires your approval of the system authorization request. You may disconnect whenever you choose or revoke authorization in Android settings. Read the Privacy Policy for information handling and available privacy choices.
Boundaries for use
You are responsible for using AnchorKey VPN lawfully and respecting others' rights. Fraud, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized access and intentional disruption of networks are prohibited. Accessing external services through a VPN does not remove obligations that otherwise apply to your activity.
Availability and access measures
Performance and availability may vary because of network conditions, device compatibility, infrastructure or maintenance. Uninterrupted operation and access to every website or service are not promised. Reasonable, proportionate restrictions may be applied to address material breaches, misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Where lawful and practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the concern will be provided.
Responsibility under the law
To the extent applicable law permits, liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service is limited. This provision does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights, guarantees and remedies continue to apply.
Updates and enquiries
Revised terms will be available on this page. Appropriate notice will accompany material changes, and consent will be requested before those changes apply whenever legally required. For service concerns or questions about these terms, consult the developer contact details in AnchorKey VPN's app store listing.
